New patients: – We are open to new patients. Please note that the insurances we DO accept are CDPHP, MVP, Aetna, United Healthcare and the NYSHIP (Empire Plan). – We do NOT accept no fault, workers comp, Fidelis, Humana, Cigna, MVP, BCBS or Highmark. However, we DO provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. – For all other patients our out of pocket rate is $100 for the first visit, and $80 for all follow ups.
